Easy Gluten-Free Waffles {dairy-free option} that are simple to make, a tried and true gluten-free waffle recipe, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. These gluten-free waffles are perfect!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Gluten-free All Purpose Flour 1:1 ratio
  • 2 tsp Gluten-Free Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Oil or melted butter
  • 2 Eggs (or egg replacement)
  • 2 tsp Gluten-Free Vanilla Extract
  • 1 3/4 Cup Milk or milk substitute (I use almond milk)

Instructions
 

  • To a large mixing bowl or stand mixer whisk together the eggs (or egg replacement), vanilla extract and oil.
  • To a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, gluten-free baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • Stir in milk (or milk substitute) and mix until smooth.
  • Use a greased scoop or measuring cup to scoop and pour batter onto a greased, preheated waffle iron.
  • Cook waffles according to the waffle makers directions or until they are golden brown.
  • Top with butter, fruit, homemade whipped topping or warm maple syrup and enjoy!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
