Easy Gluten-Free Waffles {dairy-free option} that are simple to make, a tried and true gluten-free waffle recipe, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. These gluten-free waffles are perfect!

- 2 Cups Gluten-free All Purpose Flour 1:1 ratio
- 2 tsp Gluten-Free Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Oil or melted butter
- 2 Eggs (or egg replacement)
- 2 tsp Gluten-Free Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 Cup Milk or milk substitute (I use almond milk)
To a large mixing bowl or stand mixer whisk together the eggs (or egg replacement), vanilla extract and oil.
To a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, gluten-free baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Stir in milk (or milk substitute) and mix until smooth.
Use a greased scoop or measuring cup to scoop and pour batter onto a greased, preheated waffle iron.
Cook waffles according to the waffle makers directions or until they are golden brown.
Top with butter, fruit, homemade whipped topping or warm maple syrup and enjoy!
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
